few easy **** u have to do to make server work
listen up or just read along lol.

first off click clientele let it load cache if screen turn white just stand there an look at it if it still white for 5 minutes or more tell a staff for more help..lol

 how to stop lag from server, well first go on the game and click the setting thing an then changed gamframe to 377 an turn everything off or just leave it ....

how **** hard is that lol
